PaySauce is a cloud-based New Zealand payroll software that collects and calculates everything you need to process payroll. It integrates directly with all NZ’s major banks, as well as Inland Revenue, so all PAYE obligations i.e. salary/wage and tax payments, as well as tax return filings, are all part of the package – a complete end-to-end solution.

Changes to Xero and Hubdoc from March 2020
Xero will be bundling Hubdoc together with Standard and Premium Xero subscriptions from March 2020. We are a strong advocate of Hubdoc, which we use in the office ourselves, to get our bills and receipts straight into Xero and get rid of that paper and file away those emails. This inclusion comes with a small price increase for Standard and Premium Xero subscriptions of around $3.00+GST per month.
For those of you already on Hubdoc and paying for it separately, you will now save money, as the increase in Xero subscription cost will be less than what you are currently paying for Hubdoc.
