Office Location

We are excited to be moving in to our offices from Wednesday 1 July.

The office is located at Unit 3, 5a Glasgow Road, opposite Urgent Care and above "The Cake Shop".

There is plenty of client parking outside, which will be shared with other businesses in the block. The access is down the side of the building. Signs will be going up in the near future.

Office Hours

Monday - Thursday:

9.00 am - 12.00 pm, 1.30 pm - 4.00 pm

Friday:

9.00 am - 12.00 pm, 1.30 pm - 3.00 pm

Appointment Times

We are happy to meet outside of our office hours so please feel free to book through our website (www.graysonca.co.nz) or give us a call or email.

This includes evenings and weekends.

With a focus on "balance" we have reduced guaranteed staffed office hours, to give our team greater flexibility in their working hours. These guaranteed hours are noted in our "office hours" above. We will still be in the office at other times and are happy to meet with clients outside of these hours.

Invoices and Debtors

This note is for those clients who we have recently been completing work, or who have owed money to Hunter Withers Limited.

Any unbilled work will be invoiced out under Grayson & Co Limited.

Any debt with Hunter Withers Limited will be transferred to Grayson & Co Limited. Updated statements and payment details will be provided within the next week. Therefore, please ensure you do not make payments to Hunter Withers Limited.

This is due to our arrangement with Hunter Withers Limited to keep things as seamless as possible for you from this date forward.
